Did you know that every planet has a unique day, plants, parts of the body, and parts of life that it rules?! And even more so, did you know you can incorporate this knowledge – these planets – to sculpt, build and enhance your business in a magical, intuitive and empowered way? This class will offer basics of three planets – the Moon, Mercury, and Saturn – what day of the week they rule, plants associated, and how to work with these energies to make your business flow in ways unimagined. This class will be an introduction to Sophia’s new online course, Planetary Prescriptions, a 9-piece digital offering that offers in depth information around working with planets + habits to build your best life.

About Sophia:

Sophia is the founder of Avraveda Apothecary, and has been creating highly-revered micro-batch, and seasonally oriented herbal remedies for many years – starting with herself and her loved ones and expanding outwards across the U.S. She is a forager, an herbalist, a wildcrafter, and a nature lover. She is an international retreat leader, guiding groups into furthering their connection with the world around and within them.She is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, with 5+ years of one-on-one counseling experience. She studied at Kripalu School of Ayurveda, and has continued her studies onward. Sophia has had various subtle energy attunements and utilizes them in her healing work. She holds a degree in Health Psychology from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
