Begum is a Certified Hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner, and suicide prevention hotline counselor from Los Angeles, California. She helps others to live a present and fulfilled life by releasing anxiety, increasing confidence, and reconnecting with ourselves. In a way, B helps to get “unstuck” wherever you may be in life.
