About Amy:
Amy is a retired fitness professional turned confidence and success coach who wants to help you be your own biggest cheerleader.
After nearly a decade of working in the fitness industry and helping countless clients build confidence through movement and exercise, the mind, body, and soul connection was lost in burnout. Amy knew she had to leave the industry, but still wanted to make an impact and teach others how to love themselves, and harness the confidence they need to take action on big ideas and goals.
In 2021 Amy took all of her knowledge from fitness coaching and enrolled in the Ready, Set, Coach program in order to fully embrace her passion as a coach. I love helping women develop the confidence they need to advocate for themselves in all aspects of life.
