About Maura Rodgers:
As a Registered Dietitian and Integrative Health Coach, I’ve spent the last ten years coaching and empowering women to achieve healthier, more vibrant lives through a science-based, integrative, whole-body approach. I don’t believe in calorie counting, rapid weight loss or prescribing diets. Instead, I’ve helped hundreds of women break away from a restrictive eating mentality and shift their mindset, relationship with food, and eating habits that set them up for success far beyond our time together.
I started my career working for leading digital health companies such as Omada and Vida Health and most recently worked as Facebook’s onsite Nutritionist in Menlo Park, CA until I decided last year to launch my virtual private practice full time. My mission is to help as many women as possible feel confident in their health and create sustainable habits that allow them to excel in all other areas of their life.
