What’s Happening? Join us for a mid-week reset to connect to yourself and each other! We’ll begin by talking through 3 quick tools you can use for an in-the-moment energy recharge or to protect your energy if you’re going into a hectic situation or you feel like a boundary might be crossed. Then we’ll enter into a ~25 minute virtual group Reiki session. This group session will be tailored to the folks in the room and will focus on recharging your energy, connecting to your intuition, and strengthening your personal power! Expect to leave feeling renewed and reinvigorated for the rest of the week!

About Allison KT: Allison KT is an incredibly bubbly earth sign who loves helping people-pleasers learn to set boundaries. She has a degree in Psychology and Conflict Transformation, and is also an IPEC-certified and ICF-accredited coach, an EFT tapping practitioner, and a Reiki Master. Her whole purpose right now on Earth is to help her fellow highly-sensitives learn to protect and manage their energy so they can change the world how they are meant to. She lives just north of Denver with her spouse and 2 rescue dogs and you can frequently find her “flexing” her skills as a competitive powerlifter.
