Event Title: Six Degrees Society Digital Event: The Juggle is Real: How Working Parents can Manage Stress, Shame and the Pressure to Do it All with Mariel Benjamin
Work-life balance is a myth. Research shows that working mothers experience unique guilt, loneliness and pressure as they attempt to manage it all. But research also tells us that it is about quality over quantity – and building a supportive and nurturing relationship with your child can be done with any schedule. Come learn in a safe and non-judgmental environment, supported by other working moms, where we can dive into the science and share the practical tools to implement right now – so you can feel less overwhelmed, more in tune with the needs of your child, and show up for your child and yourself in the ways that actually matter.
