How to best prepare: bring a limiting belief with you to the workshop.

• If you don’t know what it is, ask yourself: What do I want? What’s getting in the way? Why don’t I believe/trust in myself to get it?
• Examples of limiting beliefs: I can’t start a business. I’m unloveable. I can’t earn X amount of money. I don’t belong. I’m not good enough. The unknown is scary. I can’t make money doing what I love.
