But when we get into this place of negative self-talk, it has nothing to do with our actual abilities or value. That internal dialogue you hear about how you’re not good enough, you’re lacking skills, education, or experience… it’s really just a defense mechanism your brain has to protect you from taking risks. Learn techniques to neutralize the voice of your inner critic so you can step into your power & share your brilliance with the world.

Steph is a mindset & business coach (w/a soft spot & specialty for working with mamas) & the founder of Little Scraps of Magic, a tight-knit membership community for entrepreneurial-minded moms to build genuine relationships & powerful collaborations.

Steph helps women who crave change in their lives to dismantle the limiting beliefs that hold them back and neutralize the negative self talk. As a former Montessori teacher, she believes that everyone has a superpower to share with the world & she has a special knack for helping others hone in on their soul-based gifts so they can share them with the world & move through life & business with confidence & ease.

Stephanie & her husband, Mike love the outdoors and developed a great love for nature when living in Colorado. They are now based in their hometown of in Cleveland, OH with their 2 sons, Bruce & Everett & their 2 dogs, Denver & Colette. Steph loves black coffee HOT, Indian food, red wine, & singing.
