What’s Happening?
Memoir writing encompasses mind, body, and spirit. You are reliving moments from the past and to do so safely involves the practice of somatic trauma writing to ground you to the present moment when going back in time. In this event, we will be learning the process of somatic trauma writing and how to energetically share our stories to amplify social impact and create a more compassionate world. We will be learning how to master our writing process, uncover our storytelling purpose, and navigate our fears of sharing our stories. You will have the tools to begin writing your memoir with the confidence to share your heart with the world.

Maryann Samreth is a somatic trauma writing coach guiding others to write and publish their stories to amplify social impact in the world. She is the founder of Sincerely Miss Mary, where she directs group coaching programs for somatic wellness writing and 1:1 programs for memoir writing.
