Event Title: Six Degrees Society Digital Members Only Presents: Building Wealth and Breaking Gender Barriers One Tool at a Time with Samantha Curtis of Empowered Tools
What’s Happening? In this workshop we will discuss why understanding how to use tools and home improvement can help build long term wealth and close the gender wealth gap. DId you know that on average women make $15,000 less annually than men on home equity? As a professional interior designer I have been flipping homes for over a decade, and I am tremendously passionate about women’s ability to level their own playing field, and I feel strongly that one of the most approachable ways to achieve this is through residential real estate. We will review the basics of home equity, and why understanding how to use tools and home improvement projects can be incredibly beneficial and profitable.
