Event Title: Six Degrees Society Digital Presents: Cheers Your Neighbor: The Art of Community Engagement With Drunk Yoga Founder Eli Walker
What’s Happening? Now more than ever, the word “community” is a buzz word for many companies, and for a good reason. But, do you know why?
In this workshop geared towards entrepreneurs and business leaders, Luminary Member and Founder/CEO of Drunk Yoga®, Eli Walker, will deconstruct the concept of “community” to provide a better understand of where it comes from (historically), what it means for you and your team, and why the notion of “togetherness” is increasingly more valued in our current professional climate. Then, Eli will teach you 5 simple and affordable–(…like ‘start-up-on-a-shoestring-budget-affordable’!)–techniques that’ll help you build a more sustainable, happier community.
This workshop will close with a few brief “yoga games” and guided meditation to leave you feeling healthy and more connected to yourselves and each other.
