Join trainer + nutritionist Claire Yanta-O’Mahoney of Fleur de Lis Fitness for a workshop to reconnect with your body, be grateful for its uniqueness, and reframe your relationship with food.  Plus, we’ll do a 30min open to all levels bodyweight workout!

About Claire Yanta-O’Mahoney: Claire Yanta-O’Mahoney began channeling her positive energy into dance classes at age 3, fell in love with the gym in high school, and the rest is history.  She’s an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, holds an MS in Psychology from Tulane University (yes, New Orleans was even more fun than you can imagine) and loves combining her favorite elements of various exercise disciplines into effective, empowering, and uplifting experiences.  You know you’re in a Claire class when you’re moving, sweating, and having a blast all at the same time!

After realizing the corporate world wasn’t her jam and the universe kept pointing her towards starting a career where she could serve women to help them live their best lives through fitness, nutrition, and gratitude coaching, Claire launched Fleur de Lis Fitness. She wanted to teach women that living a balanced and healthy life does not have to equal a life of sauces on the side, punishing yourself with extreme workouts, and being consumed with pounds lost. Claire believes that life does not start when you reach your goal weight – instead, life is meant to be enjoyed and loving your body IS possible. Confidence on the inside and outside can be achieved.

Through fitness and nutrition coaching both in San Francisco and worldwide online through Fleur de Lis Fitness, Claire provides wellness solutions that help even the busiest professionals.  She enjoys the intimacy of one-on-ones through her 4 month private coaching wellness experience, helping women stay consistent with her Fleur de Lis Fitness membership club, and teaching group fitness at Athleta/Gap Headquarters, Exubrancy Corporate Wellness, Motus by Area 120 @ Google, and NFC Amenities.  Claire has taught for companies Spotify, Equinox, Curology, AMEX, Headspace, Paper, and Rae Studios.
