What’s Happening? In an uncertain world, the one thing we can be certain of is that no one knows us better than ourselves. Sometimes we just need to be reminded of who we are and give ourselves a break, and one way to do that is through journaling. Journaling not only helps you organize your thoughts, but it can also help you reconnect to yourself. By putting pen to paper, you can release anxiety and self-soothe a tired heart. It can also improve your mood, promote overall well-being, and elevate empathy. So, through a series of expressive writing exercises,  Sonya Matejko will lead us through a session where we’ll journal out our feelings, relieve our worries, and write our way towards calm. Come relax and write–all you need a journal and a pen (no previous writing experience required).
